These treasures are truly valuable and will greatly help the succeeding generations in your family in terms of financial means. However, not all people are privileged and wealthy enough to have some of these possessions. If you are thinking of an heirloom piece that you can pass on that is rich with history and emotions then think no further than your family portraits.

Family portraits are the best keepsakes and treasure you can pass on to your children and grandchildren. In this way, you can ensure that your memory lives on as they show the photographs that you have into their own children and grandchildren in the future. Besides, when you think about material possessions, they can easily become the source of feuds and oppositions in the family later on. There are no fond stories to tell, there are no traditions that can be observed and there is no knowledge about family heritage when you simply pass purely monetary keepsakes to your family.
