- Perinatal Network Sub-Councils
- These county-based councils foster the coordination of the local community services systems and provide a forum for communication and collaboration among health providers, human service providers, and consumers

REACH CNY provides the following services for the NYS Department of Health AIDS Institute:
Syracuse Community Service Project (APPS Program)
- New York Parents are Talking (NYPAT)
- This program a statewide Parent Educator Network.

- This is a library of books, brochures, curricula, videos, and other materials on pregnancy, infant and adolescent health topics.
- Syracuse Healthy Start Consortium and Health Education Programming
- Youth Matters Committee
- The REACH CNY Youth Matters Committee was formerly known as the CNYCAP (Central New York Council on Adolescent Pregnancy) Education Committee. The committee’s primary focus is to assist people who work with youth, especially relating to pregnancy prevention. One of the projects of the committee has been to develop Education Packets for people who work with youth.
