To Register:

Identify the course(s) you want to attend
Complete the online registration form, or
Fax the registration form to (315) 424-0190
or mail the form to:

Space is limited, so register early
A confirmation letter will be sent in about 2 weeks before the training. The confirmation letter will include the date, time, location and directions to the training.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the training.
Letters of attendance will be given at the completion of training.
If accommodations for a disability or an impairment are required, please call (315) 424-0009.
A limited number of on-site training sessions may be available. If your facility provides HIV/AIDS services and needs 15 or more staff trained, REACH CNY may be able to conduct an on-site training. All on-site training must be approved by the AIDS Institute prior to scheduling.
